You don't always have to be great at everything. One of the pitfalls of being a self-aware person who is into self-improvement is the tendency to focus on the negatives - after all, we program ourselves to look for little ways to improve.
We'll round out our week of "awareness" by looking for an opportunity to improve. I know it's been the mantra of the week but make it small, keep it focused, go through your regular routine with a little extra intention to find one little thing in your today you'd like to improve.
