Today is simple and straightforward, we're looking for an act of kindness. Simple and small, something you can see in yourself in your day that you know makes the world a little better place.
Most of what we're talking about this week, we've talked about before. The goal this week is to look for these small moments in your day, to take the smallest possible example, and to bring your attention and focus to it. Today we're looking for where we find challenges in our day.
Some good comments about playing it safe vs taking a risk - putting yourself in the position to be vulnerable and possibly get hurt, but also putting yourself in the position to connect.
