There are a ton of different ways to approach a problem, but you have to approach it to solve it. That starts with naming it - saying out loud what precisely you're trying to accomplish so you can start to formulate strategies.
I'm a big believer that until you have a strategy for attacking problems, you're going to lose energy and sleep to feeling like something is looming out there waiting to go wrong. This week we'll talk through different strategies for taking on our problems and creating change head on.
Don't forget that there's room for structure and unstructured time in your life. Building structures shouldn't be about taking options off the table, done correctly it's about thoughtfully carving out time for what matters.
How does structure effect your eating habits? For me, nothing falls apart more quickly than my food choices when I am out of my routine. And nothing feels worse than being both off schedule and feeling down on yourself.
