Don't forget that there's room for structure and unstructured time in your life. Building structures shouldn't be about taking options off the table, done correctly it's about thoughtfully carving out time for what matters.
How does structure effect your eating habits? For me, nothing falls apart more quickly than my food choices when I am out of my routine. And nothing feels worse than being both off schedule and feeling down on yourself.
You can be structured and flexible. You can be go with the flow, and still have a plan for how to use your time in a way you feel good about. It doesn't have to be either/or (or, as someone I know likes to say, two things can be true).
