It might be useful to expand our definition of "who" influences our growth/stagnation to include what we consume on social media, on TV, and in print. What we absorb becomes part of us!
When we're stressed we need these RECHARGE and RESET behaviors to help keep us on balance. Yard work, writing, singing in the shower, working out, sleeping in - the only wrong answer is not having an answer!
We'll round out our week of "awareness" by looking for an opportunity to improve. I know it's been the mantra of the week but make it small, keep it focused, go through your regular routine with a little extra intention to find one little thing in your today you'd like to improve.
The last few shoutouts this week have me thinking about how much of who we are socially is learned when we're young and seeking the attention of our caregivers (or possibly avoiding their attention?). So much to unpack. I'm really grateful to you all for the wonderful conversation this week.
