This workout features 3 blocks of strength work, each containing a 3-minute lower body set followed by a 3-minute upper body set, with core work breaking up each block. You'll build strength and stamina through exercises like reverse lunges, suitcase squats, push-ups, renegade rows, RDLs, curtsey lunges, W curls, overhead presses, and targeted shoulder work.
