You’ll kick things off with an 8-minute EMOM before diving into descending ladder rounds that force you to stay focused as the reps drop and the intensity rises.

The workout ends with a “U Call It” challenge series—where YOU choose the movement and the effort level, putting your accountability to the test and letting you finish Spring Fit Camp your way.
