Through mindful breathwork, flowing sequences, and intentional postures, you'll align with the cycles of nature while setting intentions for the season of growth ahead. The session includes grounding breathwork, dynamic sun salutations, warrior sequences, balancing poses, gentle twists, and a restorative final rest.
