Thanks to the entire group for being brave, talking openly about your vices and the changes you want to make. Sometimes our vices, in a small way, become our identity. Who am I if I don't have a glass of wine at night, or a coffee in the morning? What am I missing if I don't scroll on my phone at bedtime? Real fear crops up when we think of letting go of these things because we are afraid there will be a void. But there's not a void. There's a sense of accomplishment, there are mental and physical health improvements. And there's know you're doing the work to live a longer, healthier life. (and yes, my hoodie is covered in dog hair...that's how I roll)
