This workout starts easy and then ramps up. Get ready to test yourself body and mind. Grab medium and heavy dumbbells and get ready to make it to the top of the pyramid.
Climb up the mountain with 15 moves, then back down with 15 more and finish off with a 2-minute drill. Add it all up and it's a Dirty 30 (or something, I don't do math). Grab some light to medium dumbbells and let's hit it.
