Thanks for a great discussion this week about self-confidence and self-image. As is so often the case, the discussion took on a life of its own around gender roles, pre-conceptions of what it means to be masculine or feminine, and the legacy of how we were raised. If you take nothing else away from this conversation, I hope you'll remind yourself that you have value and don't need to hide who you are and what you have to contribute.
