A large-scale study from China tracked over 17,000 older adults and found that regular consumption of green tea was linked to a staggering 25% reduction in dementia risk. Researchers believe this is due to the high level of catechins—plant-based antioxidants in green tea—which help reduce inflammation and support brain health. And it doesn’t take gallons; just one or two cups a day may offer long-term cognitive benefits.
