Beat the heat with this refreshing summer sorbet, packed with juicy berries and a hint of citrus!

Sunny Summer Berry Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Puree the mixed berries in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, water, and lemon juice. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the pureed berries to the saucepan and stir to combine.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  7. Once churned, transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
