Beat the heat with this refreshing summer sorbet, packed with juicy berries and a hint of citrus!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Puree the mixed berries in a blender until smooth.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, water, and lemon juice. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the pureed berries to the saucepan and stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Once churned, transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
