Springtime Beef and Mushroom Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 cup Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mushrooms, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.
