- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ cup canned pumpkin purée
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
