Join Cheri for a 37-minute recovery session built around two linked circuits: an upper body mobility circuit and a lower body foam rolling segment. The upper body circuit moves through arm circles, side bends, good mornings, inchworms, towel-assisted tricep and shoulder stretches, bicep stretches, and thoracic rotation work, repeated twice. The foam rolling segment targets three areas — glutes, quads, and calves — spending roughly two minutes on each side before following each with a matching stretch, including seated figure-4, side-lying quad stretch, and downward dog. Pacing is intentionally slow and breath-focused throughout, making this an ideal end-of-week session after a demanding training block.
